Most of my clients are managers whom I help find the right direction in their busy working life, and think of new ideas and solutions of their problems. I also work with new managers, who lack previous managerial experience, to help them get up to speed in their new role.

In team coaching I use the method of small learning steps, knowledge sharing, and experiential learning. This approach provides coachees with opportunities to share their experience and ideas. At the same time, it significantly increases the permanence of newly acquired skills, because they are repeatedly proven and improved in real situations.

Among topics that I coach most often are: strategy development and implementation, overcoming obstacles when implementing changes, solution of dilemmas, relationship with subordinates, work organization, communication, etc. I prefer an open, interactive style of discussion, and my clients appreciate that . thanks to my own managerial experience . I understand them very well and that with my help they can find quick orientation in the complex corporate world. They clarify their priorities, make better decisions, and achieve better results.

I myself enjoy very much when I see their increasing energy, self-confidence, and motivation.
